Refund policy

Good merchandise must be returned within 14 days of purchase. Otherwise, a 10% re-stocking charge will be deducted.

No Credit will be issued for:

1. "Special" ordered items
2. Merchandise not purchased from MDR
3. Mis-used or customer-damaged merchandise
4. "Out of warranty" items 1 year from date of purchase or 18 months from date of manufacture
